Licensee Permissions for the Digital Marketing Course PLR

• Can the Licensee edit the original source files or videos?YES. You may edit, rebrand, or fully customize the content, including videos and templates, to match your style and branding. This includes modifying the structure, adding your own content, or even creating something that looks vastly different from the original. The course is yours to make your own!

• Can the Licensee sell the finished course for 100% profit?YES. Whether you sell the course as is, or after you've customized it, you keep 100% of the profits. This includes the full course and any final product you've created using the templates. However, you cannot sell the individual templates or bonus materials themselves—these are for your use in creating your own products, not for resale in their original form.

• Can the Licensee sell or distribute the course on auction sites like eBay?NO. Selling the course on auction sites such as eBay is not permitted.

• Can the Licensee sell or distribute the rights for others to resell the course or templates?NO. This is a PLR (Private Label Rights) course, not MRR (Master Resell Rights). You can sell the finished course (whether it's the original or your customized version), but you cannot sell or transfer resell rights to others. The templates and bonus materials are meant for your use in creating your own final product, not to be resold or distributed as-is.

• Can the Licensee give the course away for free?YES. You are free to give away the course as a lead magnet or offer it for free to your audience, if desired.

• Can the Licensee sell the course and keep 100% of the profit?YES. You can sell the finished course, whether it's the original or your customized version, and keep 100% of the profit. But remember, the templates and bonus materials cannot be sold on their own. You must create a final, completed product to sell.

• Can the Licensee create new products based on the course content?YES. You can take the content from the course, expand upon it, and create new courses, materials, or even products that are entirely your own. This is a great way to build your own business!

• What’s the difference between PLR and MRR?PLR (Private Label Rights) allows you to edit, rebrand, and sell the finished course as your own. However, you cannot resell the templates or materials as-is or sell resell rights to others. MRR (Master Resell Rights) would allow you to sell the rights to others to resell the same product, but this course does not come with MRR.

• Can the Licensee include the course as part of a bundle or package and sell it at a higher price?YES. You can include the course in a bundle or package with other products, and sell it at any price you like. Just remember, you cannot sell the individual templates or materials as-is.
